A nonprofit organization affiliated with the University of Maryland, College Park.
Our goal is to provide free assistance to victims of financial fraud. Fraud can be confusing, costly, and time-consuming. We are here to help you navigate that process and provide professional assistance.
Cases Needed
Cases that may be used for JFV case selection should meet the following criteria, but are not limited to, demonstrated financial need (i.e. inability to afford a full certified fraud examination), victim and witness cooperation with the investigation, and whether or not the crime occurred within the statute of limitations for prosecution.
